Opening an account

You can register in two ways:

  1. Your practitioner can share their unique invite code with you and you can follow the registration steps on the website to create an account: https://amritanutrition.com/onboarding/register-as
  2. You may receive an email invitation from your practitioner and you can follow the link to create an account

Based on your credentials and/or (medical) certifications we are happy to offer you a practitioner account with the full access to our range of premium supplements.

Ordering

Please check you are logged in to your account when searching on the website or following links from your practitioner. Some products are not visible on the site unless you are logged in.

When logged in to your account, you'll find shared protocols in the 'Protocol' menu.

All prices on the website (when you are logged in) are excluding VAT. 

During checkout the price will be changed, with 

- local VAT rates (if applicable)

- Shipping costs (depending on your location and selection)

- Discounts (if available)


During checkout you’ll be able to review the total price including VAT and shipping before completing the purchase.

Delivery

We deliver to the majority of countries worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page to find the specific delivery time and costs to your location.

If you are located in the UK, you should order from our UK site to benefit from local delivery options.

We ship from the Netherlands, so orders travelling within the EU do not incur any customs fees. 

Orders going outside of the EU may incur customs fees, depending on the order quantity and/or the country of delivery. Please refer to your country's official government website regarding taxes and import duties for more information. 

If you are ordering to the UK, we recommend ordering from amritanutrition.co.uk to avoid import duties

Problems with my order

After ordering, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email directly. There will be an Aramex order tracking number you can use to track your order. 

By clicking on this link, you will see an overview of the shipping journey and if you click on the current status on the order a dropdown will appear with more specific shipping updates. Scroll down and you may be able to see another courier number if a local courier has been used for your delivery (for example UPS, DPD or FedEx). 

If you’ve received confirmation the package has been delivered, please check safe places the delivery driver may have hidden it or with your neighbours. Occasionally packages are delivered at a drop-off point near your address. You should be able to find more details via the track your order website. 

If you are sure the parcel hasn’t been delivered to you, please contact our customer care team and we’ll do what we can to track it down.

Within EU Returns

All unwanted and incorrect items should be returned within 14 days of purchase. Your return should be intact and within its original packaging when sent back to us. If you have any questions regarding a return, would like to notify us of the reason for returning your product, please contact us via email at [email protected]

When returning an item to Amrita Nutrition Global, please include your complete name and order number in the package.

Problems with my account

With the arrival of the new Amrita Nutrition website, all practitioners have received new invite codes to share with their clients, making the old ones redundant. 

  • Old codes don't work anymore (example code: AB2YXZ)
  • New codes are available for our Practitioners to share (example code: 15D1BE968474)


We are happy to assist with instructions on how to invite clients.
1. Login into your Practitioner Account 
Login here
2. Navigate to your account Overview > Share and Invite clients > Details.
3a. Invite your clients individually (default) and share your invitation directly to their email address.
3b. On Details, copy/paste an invite code you can use to invite multiple clients to register with.


To change your login credentials (password reset), follow these steps:

  1. Visit the URL: Go to Amrita Nutrition Forgot Password.
  2. Enter Your Email: Input the email address associated with your account in the provided field.
  3. Submit the Request: Click the "Submit" button to request a password reset.
  4. Check Your Email: You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Open the email and click on the link.
  5. Set a New Password: Once redirected, create a new password. Ensure it is strong and secure.
  6. Confirm the Change: Submit the new password to update your login credentials.


Why Change Your Credentials:

  1. Forgotten Password: If you can't access your account, resetting the password allows you to regain access.
  2. Security Reasons: Regularly updating your password improves security, especially after a potential data breach or suspicious activity.


Please note that your login credentials are different for the .com and .co.uk Amrita Nutrition platforms.

  1. For Amritanutrition.com you change your password on .com
  2. For Amritanutrition.co.uk you change your password on .co.uk.

You must be logged in as a registered Practitioner or Client to see product pricing.

  • All prices in the store are without local VAT or Discounts
  • During checkout local VAT is added based on the shipping country
  • During checkout the shipping fee is calculated based on your selection, order volume and destination
  • During checkout discounts are added or can be added

Currently you can not download invoices via the Amrita Nutrition platform. 

This feature will be made available shortly.

Manage my Practice - Clinician Portal

The SANNO clinician portal is designed to streamline practice and client management, while the client app allows clients to track their health, follow clinician-led protocols and programs, and stay connected through booking options and a secure chat.

Yes, all data is encrypted and complies with GDPR and HIPAA requirements to ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.

As an Amrita Nutrition Global practitioner with validated certifications, you can access the SANNO practice management system through the “Manage my practice” link on the left navigation panel in the dashboard. You will be redirected to the SANNO clinician portal and need to accept Terms & Conditions to start using it.


Please note that by accepting the Terms and conditions, you accept your client list in Amrita to be safely synchronised to the SANNO portal. This is aimed at making it easier for you and avoiding having to manually add clients in your practice management system.

Yes, you can have up to 30 clients as part of the Basic plan in the SANNO portal, which is funded by Amrita Nutrition Global with the goal of offering you a one-stop platform.

Please note that in order to manage your clients on the SANNO portal, you first need to have them listed as active clients in your Amrita Nutrition Global dashboard (Clients tab).

You can easily check the other plans and upgrade by clicking on the “Plan” information on the top left in the SANNO portal. Please note that SANNO has applied a significant discount to Amrita practitioners to their other two plans.

You can monitor symptoms, nutrition, mood, sleep and bowel movements. Please note that your clients can synchronise their wearable devices in the SANNO app which makes it easier for both of you to have holistic data for better personalised protocols.

Apple Health, Fitbit, Freestyle Libre (Continue Glucose Monitoring), Garmin, Google Fit, iFit, MyFitnessPal, Nutracheck, Oura, Peloton, Polar, Suunto, Whoop, Withings and Clue app (menstruation).

The SANNO client app already gathers client consent and captures whether a client wants to share their tracking with you in full, whether they want to exclude notes and journaling or whether they do not consent. Clients can amend their preferences any time on the app’s profile (My Data).

Yes, the portal allows you to create and tailor questionnaires to meet your clients’' specific needs and add different response formats such as Yes/No, Single choice, Multiple Choice, Weight picker, Scale (e.g. pain intensity or client satisfaction) etc.

Not directly from the SANNO portal yet. However, you can get in touch with the SANNO team to request their help with the upload.

Head over to the SANNO Patients tab, select a client name and in the lower right side, please see the “Activate bilateral chat option”. Click on it to activate the bilateral chat with your clients.

You need to download the SANNO app from the Apple store or Google Play store for free. 

The SANNO app is aimed at clients, but there’s a way you can use it as a practitioner.

  1. Upon app download, the app will ask if you have an access code. Please select “Yes”.

  2. Add your access code: you will find it on your SANNO portal on the top right > Profile > Access codes. For any questions, please contact SANNO Support.

  3. Write the SANNO team an email informing you want to use the app as a practitioner so they can activate a setting to enable that. Please contact SANNO Support.

  4. In the chat tab, a channel with your client(s) will be visible and you can start interacting with them. The chat also allows attaching documents and pictures.

Not yet. For now it can only be done from the SANNO app (native). See previous question for a step-by-step explanation.

SANNO supports a calendar integration with Google Calendar. Head to “Calendar and

Packages” on the left navigation menu and check if your calendar is connected. To connect the calendar, you will need to approve the integration (please follow the steps on screen).

You can still benefit from the calendar integration but please let the SANNO team know so they can help you with the Outlook integration.

One option is to create a single package entry which includes a certain number of

consultations so you can keep track of the booked appointments. Another option is to break down the package into multiple packages for each of the sessions, e.g. Silver package session 1, Silver package session 2, etc.

Go to “Calendar and Packages” and you will see the option of “Copy URL link”. That will copy your own calendar URL that you can share with clients or embed to your website for new patients.

Yes, the approved integration with Google is certified and Google can only see “free/busy” slots in your calendar without accessing any personal data. For further information, please contact the SANNO team who can provide you with all the Google Calendar Integration legal information.

There are three options to do that (presented in order of easiness):

  • Patient > Notes: You can attach a document and select visibility “Patient”. The client will receive this note on the SANNO app’s chat.

  • Library: You can attach a PDF or image and share it with the patient (there’s a video recording available in the portal and Amrita portal about this).

  • Chat in the app also allows for sharing attachments, but options 1 and 2 let you display the shared information on the portal. The chat is typically more spontaneous and used by patients to share images of food, test results, etc.

“Private” means it’s only for you, internal use. “Patient” is to share the note with the client, and it will be sent to them via the app chat in an encrypted way.

Yes, in the Library, search for “My Plans” next to the Library. In there, you can select your content from your Library or add new one and create a timeline with how the program will show to your patient via the SANNO app.


Does SANNO support video for programs?

Yes, videos hosted on Vimeo can be integrated into SANNO. However, you need to request this on an ad-hoc basis.

English and Spanish. However, you can upload questionnaires and content in the Library in any language and that will be shown to your clients on the SANNO app.
